Upload videos from Camera via Chromebook

Follow these steps to manually upload videos from your tablet via your PC.

Note: You can watch the videos directly from the SD card without uploading them but you need to upload the videos to share them.
  1. Insert the SD card into your Chromebook

  2. Now from your Chromebook you will need to browse to the SD Card.  The Files app should open automatically (if it does not open the Files app).  From here you will need to browse into folders to find the Swivl videos.  Double click on each of the following folders to find the Swivl videos:
  3. SD Card
    DCIM
    ##_#### (The folder is named with 3 numbers in the front followed by an underscore and then the month and day the video were taken.  I.e. video shot on March 11 might be in a folder named 111_0311)

    You will now see your videos, it should look like the screenshot below

  4. From here you can double click a video and watch it directly without uploading it.  Instructions for uploading/sharing follow.
  5. Now open Google Drive in Chrome and browse to your EEE video folder.  Keep the videos folder we previously opened on one side of your screen and Drive on the other.  Highlight and drag the videos into Drive.


  6. Your videos will begin to upload and Drive will show you the progress in the bottom right corner.


  7. Once complete you will see the following


  8. Your videos are now uploaded to Drive and you can delete them from the tablet.
