In order to reset a password for a teacher who has forgotten their password and cannot get the reset password function to work via the Test Administration website, you can follow the steps below.
First, login to TIDE, choose your school, and browse to Manage Users -> View/Edit Users. From there, search for the user you are trying to reset and hit Search.
Next, choose the user and hit Delete.
From here, wait at least 15 minutes. Now, browse to "Manage Users" -> "Add User" and re-add the Test Administrator.
