Adding a class

You would add additional classes when you had another group of people who needed to contact students (i.e. an RSP class, PTA class, etc)
  • Choose "Classes" 
  • Then choose Create New Class

  • Give the class a name, grade (optional), description, start and end dates (optional), and days of week (optional).  Hit Save at the bottom.

  • Hit Save
  • Choose the class from the dropdown at the top left

  • Go to the ORGANIZERS tab and choose "Add New Organizer"

  • Either choose the pre-existing teacher/organizer you want to run the class or choose "Add Organizer Manually"

  • If chosen manually, enter the Organizer's name and e-mail.  Then hit "Add Organizer"
The class is now created!
