Deleting a cached Outlook address

If you are having issues with e-mails going to another person in the district getting bounced back, try the following to clear your Outlook cache for the user.
  1. Start typing the contact's name and hit delete once it shows up
  2. Now the autocomplete field will no longer show for the contact
  3. Find the contact as if they were someone new (click the To box and find them or hit Ctrl+K once you've typed their name
  4. Your e-mail should now go through succesfully
