Create Share Calendar In Outlook

1. Open Outlook
2. Click on Calender
3. Right Click on the calendar you want to share
4. Go to Share - Calendar Premissions
5. Click on the Add button, select the user(s), you want to see your calendar
6. Set the Permission Level
7. Click OK
